Frequently Asked Questions
Will this earpiece work with my radio model?
It is designed for the models listed under Compatibility above. If your radio uses the same audio connector standard, it will fit; contact our support team to confirm.
How should I care for the earpiece?
Wipe it with a dry cloth after use and store it away from direct sunlight and moisture when not in use.
Which connector fits my radio?
Each earpiece and speaker mic lists its connector (e.g. Motorola M6/M7, Kenwood 2-pin). Match it to your radio series before ordering.
Acoustic tube or wire earpiece?
Acoustic tubes give discreet, clear audio for security work; straight-wire models are more durable in heavy industrial use.
Are these suitable for loud environments?
Yes — heavy-duty speaker mics and headsets with noise-canceling boom mics are built for construction sites and industrial noise.
